Getting it to you, and sending it back
Everything is ground to order, which is why this page exists rather than a one-line promise about next-day delivery.
Delivery
UK standard delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £20 — three bags. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Coffee is ground to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so allow two to three working days before dispatch, then two to three days in transit.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Tell us by emailing cliffnaturalcoffee@gmail.com before the 14 days are up. We will refund you within 14 days of getting the coffee back, using the payment method you originally used.
Unopened bags come back at our cost if the order was wrong or faulty. If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours.
Opened coffee
Sealed food can be excluded from the right to cancel once opened, on hygiene grounds. In practice we would rather you drank something you enjoyed: if a bag is not right, tell us what went wrong and we will usually replace it or refund it anyway.
Something arrived damaged
Send a photo within 30 days and we will replace it. You do not need to post a broken bag back to Nepal, or to us.
