Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay.

If something is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you and refund you in full rather than quietly substituting it.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately before you pay. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

Coffee is an agricultural product

Harvests vary. Tasting notes describe what we found in the cup, not a guarantee that you will find the same. Lots sell out and seasonal coffees are replaced.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancellations and returns are covered on our shipping and returns page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to its courts.
